I lived here when it was Hazey Ray Shores in 1991-1994. I was a Pilot for CommutAir. In the Backyard Area towards the fence I witnessed my first UFO. It was a Black Triangle. It was approximately 100 feet above the ground. I was outside stringing up a portable HF Antenna, at 2am by the fence area, when I felt like I was being watched. I turned around and witnessed a black triangle hovering silently 100 feet above that fence. It was as big as a 737... I ran back to my apartment and could not sleep for 3 days because of PTSD.
